Missiles do not kill wings,... Bombs do.  BOMB!!!
These are my expectations of wing officers.  VCO and DO will make or break your wing.  TO and FO are good positions for newer pilots to learn.
I've used the wing rules below for 6 + years.  They work fine.
Feel free to use them, but just remember that rules are useless if you do not enforce them.

VCO
- Your decisions are my decisions when I am not online.  I will support them like they are mine.
- Enforce the wing rules
- Let me know when you cannot be online
- Finish whatever you start, or at least stick around until you get relief
- Understand what's expected of DO and TO.  Accomplish their responsibilities when they are not online.
 
-= Wing Rules =-
1. NO RANDOM BOMBING! I will boot you.
2. BE ACTIVE!!!! 48 HOURS ok. 49 hrs? bye
3. If an ally is bombing another ally..stay neutral.
4. If an ally asks you to help defend thier wing..do it..
5. Kill RED; help GREEN; ignore YELLOW (unless attacking us)
6. Post all combat news in forum under the offending wing name AND wing number.
7. Defend the wing to the best of your ability.
8. NO bad language. I will boot you.

DO
- Use your best judgment
- During large scale attacks on us, build cheap and forget about defense missiles
- The best defense is a strong offense-- Bomb!
- Divide our pilots into the top six sectors
  -- different time zone pilots, if you can
  -- helps you rebuild
  -- better chance for wing to survive
- Understand the wing rules
 

TO
- Automatic enemy list inclusion will be:
  -- All senior airman CO's
  -- 90% of all Lt Col and below CO's
- When an Office Ally attacks
  -- First determine, if random -- ask them
  -- Random=less than 100 infra killed
  -- Contact the offending wing CO/VCO
  -- Retaliate ONLY as last resort
- Retaliate on any other wing who attacks us
- Finish whatever you start, or at least stick around until you get relief.
- Bomb like there's no tomorrow
- Allies love to help.  Ask for their help.
- Understand the wing rules

- Mascots!
- Taxes!  No need!
- Hunting!  Get a life.
- Selfishness.  Not in my wings.
- Contact lists.  None of your business.
- DFing in arenas during a war.  Bomb!
- Too much chatter in the forum during a war
- Dropping offline after joining a wing at war



 

FO
- Buy wing equipment
- Give wing credits to pilots who have less than 10 million credits

- Do NOT buy hospitals or repair centers
- Do NOT take wing credits for yourself, unless you give to every pilot in the wing (NOT me)
- Do NOT set wing taxes
- Understand the wing rules
